Our free trial appointments run on Mondays to Thursdays at 5pm-5:45pm. We advise you to come early in the week to take full advantage of the free trial. 

We advice to book the 6pm classes as they are beginner friendly. Our more advanced classes starts at 7pm on an experienced basis.
