Judo is a martial art that focuses on throws, joint locks, and pins, making it a fantastic foundation for grappling and MMA. Wednesday classes- 8-10 year old who are competitive minded with pre-teens and Adults. All abilities welcome. 

In this class you shall be learning the following:- 

Ne Waza- Which is ground work

Tachi Waza- which is standing work and then they do a Randoori session at the end of class.

Sunday classes- 8-10 year old that are competitive minded, pre-teens and adults.

All abilities welcome. This class will habe you doing the following practices- 

30 mins Technical Newaza

30 mins Technical Tachi Waza

and then 30 mins of Randoori with competition prep in mind.
