Our boxing classes will teach you how to punch and defend effectively, focussing on upper body movements and footwork. We will train you to focus, multi-task and improve your reflexes. We will also teach you how to strategise and adapt your style around specific opponents.
Boxing training will also give you a great aerobic workout which will simultaneously improve your reflexes, strength and control. Practising speed and flexibility will give you the edge to become a better fighter, we aim to help you build a strong foundation which you will continue to improve the more you practise with us.
