Kids BJJ Class

All our classes focus on helping children learn the values of respect and the crucial role it plays in building confidence, becoming a better team player and martial artist. We first and foremost gear our classes to be fun and engaging, creating a supportive and friendly environment where children can work and learn together. Our instructors offer classes of all levels ranging from complete beginners to experienced programmes.

Our Kids BJJ classes aim to teach the kids the basic ground work that is required for any successful MMA competitor. take downs, submissions and techniques to free themselves when taken down. All the students are taught that Respect and Discipline are key to a good competitor.
