At GBTT, we’re excited to offer two distinct wrestling classes each week, catering to diverse interests and goals.
Whether you’re aiming to enhance your MMA fighting capabilities or to master the more traditional side of Wrestling, our classes provide a comprehensive training experience for all levels.

Our wrestling classes focus on a number of grappling holds from clinch fighting, throws, takedowns and more. You will learn how to use these techniques to your advantage, by maintaining superior positions to your opponent and restricting their threat without striking blows.
